The M99 is a bolt-action, single-shot, long-range precision rifle designed by Barrett. Chambered in .50BMG (and .416 Barrett) this rifle like its predecessors is able to deliver precision fire at extreme ranges. The M99 features a bullpup design in which the rifles action is located behind the trigger group; this allows for a much longer barrel to be used without greatly increasing the overall length of the firearm.

The 6mmProShop Barrett M99 Long Range Sniper Rifle is designed to have all the aesthetics of the real M99 but in Airsoft form. This heavy-duty rifles large size and all metal construction gives it the same imposing presence as the real thing.
Internally the M99 utilizes a modified Maruzen APS / Type 96 system which carries a proven track record for reliability and tunability with a large market of aftermarket parts support.
