The Model 107 Barrett "Light Fifty" rifle is the next-generation of the original M82. The Barrett M107 anti-material rifle by SOCOM Gear is a fully licensed, true 1:1 scale replica. Much like its real counterpart this rifle is second to none. The SOCOM Gear M107 follows the real Barrett closely featuring a full metal design combined with both steel and aluminum parts. This rifle is not for the light hearted, tipping the scales at over 24lbs (unloaded and without scope) this rifle is for serious players only. This version however is not .50 BMG but instead powered by HPA (High Pressure Air) and uses 6mm caliber BBs as its projectile. The steel magazine has a 10-round capacity and uses .50 caliber size dummy rounds. Each .50 BMG dummy round holds one 6mm round in the tip. Just like the real thing, the SOCOM Gear M107 is a semi-automatic rifle. Each time that the bolt is cycled the dummy .50 cartridge is ejected.
